Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PDF Editor & Scanner Pro (the “App”), provided by SRKWebstudio (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store from which you downloaded it (the Apple App Store or Google Play).

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to process content you have no right to.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

3. Free features and Pro subscription

The App is free to download and includes scanning, basic editing, annotation, signing, form-filling, and page management at no cost. Pro unlocks additional features such as unlimited merging, compression, OCR text recognition, and premium cloud integrations.

Auto-renewing subscription terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of your selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their respective policies.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and content you scan, import, or create with the App. We claim no ownership over them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you process.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned by SRKWebstudio and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that OCR and other automated features will be perfectly accurate. Always verify important documents.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRKWebstudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
